*A one time, non-refundable Community Fee of $1,500 is required when signing the lease.
Lease Agreement: The Lease Agreement between you and Garden Manor Village details the service obligations that are provided to you as well as the requirements for you to live in the apartments. The term of the Lease Agreement is 12 months. The monthly rental starts no later than 30 days after the apartment home is ready for you to move in. We agree to hold that apartment exclusively for you when you sign the Lease Agreement.
